We prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The menu is a
combination of international and local cuisine. If you have any
dietary requests, let us know and we will do our best to
accommodate you.
Meals are usually served buffet style, and dining is on the main deck,
or high above on the observation deck.
We are very fortunate to have our own chef, Juan Carlos aka Juan-kee. He makes wonderful breads, including our signature jalapeno cheese bread, banana walnut muffins, cinnamon rolls, to mango pancakes and pineapple crepes. He makes wonderful rice and veggie dishes, smoked cheese from our smoke house for our vegetarian guests. Of course fresh fish, pork, grilled chicken on the only gas grill in the area.
He raises 8 different hot chili peppers and makes his own hot and spices sauces which has earned him the names of "Boss of the Sauce" and "Chilly Willy".
Let's not forget the end of the meal with wonderful desserts and a chocolate cake "to die for".
Fresh papaya, mango, pineapple, and five different varieties of bananas are all available when in season. Fresh locally produced cheese is purchased and then Terry turns his magic on by smoking it and turning it into a tropical delicacy. He also smokes fresh pork and fish purchased from the local people. Fresh homemade bread and muffins are always a treat. They enjoy cooking and want you to share in that joy. Go for it!!
